Hey Guys have you ever experienced in sleep that you want to move your hands, legs but we could not.We can feel what was happening around us but could not react. Dont think that is bcoz of ghosts or some evil thing. The scientific truth is after a sound sleep your brain wakes up and give orders to your spinal cord to peform action like getting up,moving etc.But the spinal cord does not yet wake up to react to the orders given by brain.Thats why you feel that you woke up but could not move.

yeah, I have also experienced that. I seem to be aware of my surroundings but I can't move my body parts. I want to shout but no voice comes out. After a few minutes of struggle though, everything goes back to normal. So that's the scientific explanation? Oh, now I know. Thanks for the info. By the way, is that considered a disorder? :)

I know this can be terrifying, but if you just remember to take a couple of deep breaths, everything else wakes up. Happy New Year
