What do you do when you want to meet new people?

It's the New Year and for a lot of us that means resolutions. I've been working very hard the past few years and found that I really don't know that many people in my area. One of my resolutions is to get out there and meet people. When you want to meet new people, what do you do?

well, my work is meeting a lot of different people. so even im in a abd day. i seee to it that i still have the face to smile and wherever i go near our place some people recognize me for having such a happy face. i guess i ahve to run for government then.lol

It's lucky that you can meet people through work. I do a lot of solo work, so it's hard to meet people I have things in common with.
