Some of you have already rang in the New Year!!! Some of you will ringing it in tonight!!! It doesn't matter when your New Year start(ed/s), I'm having a New Years party here in myLot starting about 6:00 pm Eastern US time. What a GREAT way to avoid the drunk drivers & make NEW friends. Only show up if you feel you can be polite & courteous!!! I'm off to take care of Dad, but should be home in plenty of time to get the party rolling!!!! So, to ALL my old friends that I made in 2008 & to ALL my NEW friends yet to be made in 2009, meet me in myLot at 6:00 pm Eastern US time for some fun & festivities!!!! Clothes & food will be optional....I do NOT want to hear about either!!!

I am late it is 6 hours late. I am dressed in clothes + bathrobe and slippers and still cold. It was sunny and 50 yesterday and today foggy all day and 42 so I have been shivering. My clothes need to. I have a glass of water so I will not be drinking tonight. heehee I am watching Shrek II and loving it.

I expected that you would be doing the family thing!!! However, guidelines state that I am NOT allowed to call names. This party will be for anyone sitting home alone or who prefers NOT to go out with the drunks tonight!!! It's my virtual party alternative for anybody wishing to show up!!!

Hi There! Welcome year 2009!
Here in the Philippines, it is 2:23 PM as I write… New Year’s Eve is over last night. Well, I manage to come home last night before New Year’s Eve. Our boss let us go home early so we can celebrate our Holidays with our family. I am glad that you had a great time staying here in mylot… Actually, I did stay yesterday here for 9 hours while in the office and I am happy to find interesting discussions to keep me busy while waiting for New Year’s Eve… So… let me say again, welcome year 2009 and Still, a Happy New Year to you and everyone!

Happy 2009!!! I'm glad your boss let you off so you could share some family time!!! myLot is a GREAT place to come to fill in some boring times!!! I pray 2009 will be a PEACEFUL & LESS STRESSFUL year for the entire world!!!

Our New Year has started already, and I was well and truly in bed (reading) by about 11pm NYE. Our neighbours had a wonderful party - they are showbusiness people, and had a stage in their backyard (which was visible and audible from our back verandah) - so I lay in bed enjoying them performing show tunes for a few hours. I must have dozed off, because fireworks and shouting woke me at midnight ... so here's 2009. I hope the stars are aligned to make it a better one for everybody ...

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you too!!! Yes, with the time zone changes, there was NO way to have a party for everyone!!! I took care of my Dad all day yesterday then started my party just as soon as I got home!!! I don't blame you for staying with myLot as I plan to do the same!!! This is a WONDERFUL place to be!!!
