How can I get my payment through alertpay without having to pa a fee?

I reached my payout which is 2 dollars at roudycash and I am going to cashout. They only pay through alertpay and this is the first time I am going to use this payment processor. I am in the USA. What is the best way to get my payment without having to pay a fee? Is it better to request a check? Money order or just give my bank information? Thank you for your time.
