I found this new site and I am making a lot more extra money than any other site I have tried. So far I have made $123.10 and I have only been on there for a little over a week and only give it a couple hours a day. They have a minimum payout of $20, they pay through PayPal, they only pay monthly and everybodies check gets calculated on the 20th day of the month, so you want to get in and rack up some cash before the next payout.
It is really easy, you just write reviews on products, you want to write the review so the reader can see that you own and have used the product, or have actually seen the movie, heard the music or read the book. They are looking for your 'Opinion'.
So their payscale goes like this:
Short review (25 words) = 25 cents
Extended review (1000 word or more) = $1
1st review from one of their members gets and extra = $1
You also get a little bonus for rating other peoples reviews but I don't remember how much. So if you are the first one to write a review (doesn't matter if there are already reviews from other websites, you just have to be the first member of this website) for a short review you get $1.25 and an extended review you get $2. It adds up real fast.
I have seen some people writing real stupid reviews like for a watch someone put 'Duh...What time is it anyway?' so surely foolishness like that will get kicked out before payday, so you want to make sure you write it with your personal opinions of the product.

I'm just in the early stages of looking at options of making money on the net. I am looking at two levels - one is the micro level....looking at sites like helium, triond and this one to get an idea of how they work. Am beginning to realise that whilst there is potential there to build gradually that it is pretty slow going. Which is fine if it builds over time. I am trying to avoid the scam systems around - which if one is under pressure money wise are always a temptation. I have now .... after a lot of exploring...discovered a system that actually teaches one the broad overview of the net, the way that remuneration works in a broad sense, as well as giving details of the strategies used and access to a range of specific tools that together provide one with a real understanding of how to develop multiple strands of income .... but not in a hyped up way, as it is providing the tools for one to grow things in a more personal way, selecting the things that seem right from a personal perspective. There are projects to work ones way through in a step by step way so that you really understand. A world away from some of the hype and "quick money making systems" that more than turn me off. I am not recommending this to anyone yet as it is early days for me. Also because there is a significant financial commitment. But I am really pleased for myself. It reassures me that I can build from a firm foundation rather than being stuck with what I happen on by chance.
Anyway, thanks for posting the info above...the more we all share stuff the easier it should get!

I have looked at both Helium and Triond and still plan to try those out too, but just haven't gotten that far yet. Would love to know how those sites go for you. I am trying several different options to get money coming my way from several sources (multiple streams of income). Be Blessed!

I don't mean to pry, but did you have any issues getting paid by this review site? If it's the site that's in your profile, I've noticed some comments about people having a hard time logging on, not being able to see their reviews, not being able to see their pay.
The site is still in Beta and the bugs are being worked on, but I'm just concerned about the pay. I think it's great you were able to accumulate cash so quickly because I'd love to be a part of it, but if people are having issues, then I think the site needs to do a little more work by working out the bugs.
Paying on time and keeping up a good system is important to me because I'm hesitant to provide free content to site who intends to pay but doesn't.

I just started and they don't process payments until the 20th of each month. They have a post on their website apologizing for the technical issues as they have been getting an overload of traffic... which is actually a good thing they have just been busy making adjustments to accomodate the traffic. They get traffic, then they get money and we get paid.

The site has been getting baraged with traffic and they do have a post on their main page explaining/apologizing and they have been down periodically making accomodations for the new inload of traffic

We have joined the same website. It's no doubt that its payment is very good. I just hope that I can receive the payment without any problems this month and hopefully this will be a honest website like Mylot. I've worked hard for it.

I understand your scepticism. I just started this site and they don't process paychecks until the 20th day of each month. So once I recieve recieve my first payment I will post an update. I am just moving forward with a postive attitude because I have no reason to believe otherwise. You can either wait until I get paid or just spend about and hour writing reviews till you have the $20 in your account and request your payment before the 20th and see if you get paid... what could that really hurt?

The site has been getting flooded with new people so they had a little post there that they are going through growing pains and sometimes things move a little slow and the website has been down a couple times this week as they have been making updates to accomodate all the new traffic

Hi, I am really interested in getting the link to this site, you have talked about. It sounds really good. The pay is not to bad either. I am reasonably new to mylot and am not sure what pm means. If it means personal email, i am not sure how to go about this either. So, please visit my personal page and leave the link for me. I would really appreciate it. I have been looking everywhere to find a site that sound as good as the one you are describing.
