Its back to work again,how do you feel ?

I hate going back to work especially considering its friday. The way i see it though in a few hours i will be off and my weekend is starting. I feel like i am having back to back weekends. LOL!

Yes today was the first working day in January but I didn't go into the office today instead I work from home. There was a deadline to meet and I thought that I would accomplish it here better from home which I did. It is now complete. Ron was reminding persons this morning that today was friday and not saturday lol. Well I am glad that the holiday is over and now we can concentrate on setting goals and trying to achieve them. Well for some it was disappointment with no bonus but I hope that these workers will understand what is happening and go out sharp and willing to work as hard as before.

I don't wanna go back to work. Work stinks. Oh well, we all have to work to get our money. Gotta earn that dollar. It's not so bad, I'm only working a few hours tonight.

i hd to retire nearly 5 years go due to my health so don't have to worry about those feelings anymore. than heavens. lol they should have let everybody off today so they could have had a log weekend. would have ben the last long weekend for awhile. take care.

I don't have anything scheduled until next week so I am still just laying around. I do have to go out today and try to find a car I can afford to buy. It will soon be impossible for me to use my son-in-laws truck because he is fixin to start college and with his work schedule and class schedule he will have to have the truck at his disposal at all times.

hi! its a mixed emotions. sad because i have to go back to work. again i have to deal with gossiper officemates, demanding clients, my pretentious boss as well as the traffic jam, the crowded train whoa! on the other side i am happy because i have rested for a week and i have enjoyed my vacation though i just stay home. i have accomplished something at home. i had a general cleaning and rearrangements also. now i am also looking forward for a great new year!

To be honest, I'm exhausted - I've been working all of the way through the holidays, so I really haven't had any time off. This is what happens when you're self-employed.

Part of me is ok with finally going back to work because I know that I still have a lot to do to close the year 2008. But I am sad because I will be missing the days when I can stay in bed as long as I feel like it and just relax at home with my family.

Going back to work after a long holiday can be difficult. Just the thought of waking up early, get ready for work and then fight traffic just to get to the office makes me want to go back to bed and pretend that I am still on vacation. LOL I must say that after all the excitments during the holidays, I am not excited to go back to work.

hey there. it's gonna be 2 days from now, my first day at work. i hope i will feel okay adjusting back to my schedule. hehehe... it's like i had around 2 weeks worth of vacation. happy new year!

Happy new year to all. the first day in the new morning.mmm...sounds great though.well i was quite excited the very first morning of the new year. and to be very frank and honest i really did work that day long. and its 3rd jan here and i'm maintaing my puntuality tyo work. i think in life's first experience that i have been puntual for the 3 consecutive days. i hope this year i will be only punctual to my work...wish me luck

Love my job. Hate getting out of bed :) I'm just happy to work one day and then get straight to the weekend! Happy new year everyone.

If I had a job, I would be glad to go back to work. At least I have something to do to get pass my day. My vacation is too long. Unless I am traveling to some other country, I don't want to go back to work.

its sort of a mix feeling, really. on the one hand i miss having a definite schedule but on the other hand, i love the carefree atmosphere of the holidays. anyway, i'm back on the regular sched again so i guess its time to be working again. :)

I do not work .It is getting back to normal for me my husbands already back at work and my son goes back to school on the sixth jan and that will come hard to me.After all that coming and going for the christmas period and all the excitement probably get more time to come on here.It is going to be strange sometimes my son drives me mad but on the whole he is great company,my grandchildren will be going back to school,so no more baby sitting during the day so my daughter can go shopping or to work or just going to the gym.Quite time again.

i had a 10 days vacation last holiday season and now that i have to get back to work. i feel annoyed. i ahte going back to work but you know we have to .

I feel lazy! Haha, but thats true, the vacation is too short for me..its back to work to others, and back to school on my side. Sigh..

I feel the need for a giant dump of snow to come Sunday evening.
