How do treat your employee as a boss?

So, most of the times we are talking about our bosses being rude and cruel. How many of you have ever been a boss in your professional life. I had been above two of my colleagues. So, I believe that I was a a boss of two employees and I should tell you that one of them liked and another one didn't. The one who was good in work, I always praised him and the other who was lazy was on the anger side of me. He was never happy of me at all! How is your experience as a boss?

I am an ordinary worker and I have never been a boss of any kind. I don't kow what it is like to be a boss. But I can imagine, if I were a boss, I would be kind to my employees.

i like leadership and abhor bossism.i believe no one likes a boss very often.we all are bosses to some and we too have bosses,so its better to treat the person under us as we ourselves want to be treated by our bosses.

i was a leader in my department and maybe i could say im the boss. but mostly , they dont like the way i do things around especially if it dont favors them.like,i hate people who always chat around when theres no lot of work to do. i dont have to tell them because theyre too old enough to be told and i dont want be sounded as too bossy, but sometimes i really have to.
