Do you often go out for a walk ?

Yeah...of course I do like to take my walk alone while performing my "walking medicine" on upset or doleful mind. It can soothe me a lot as I inhale more oxygen while doing walking. Especially when we walk in the park where greenery also soothe our eyeballs from so much constraints. Your good discussion and thanks for providing, hryhbok.

With all those happening in personal life and otherwise, I am quite upset right now. I think no amount of relaxing, walking, be myself, freaking out with friends help. For me, only TIME helps. It is the best healer. Be the happiest.

Hi there! When I am upset, I usually be quiet and try to be alone, think things over. Sometimes, I listen to music or look at photos and read old letters.

I have a huge box of chipped dishes that I get at thrift shops for next to nothing. When I get really upset I go outside and break a bunch of the dishes. It feels soooo good to throw them and hear them break! I use the pieces of the dishes in mosaics. If it's a milder upset I'll rant on MyLot. It seems to be the best release for me. besides the fact that where else can you get paid for being upset???

hmmm... if i'm upset & at home, i'd force myself to cry by throwing myself a pity party. Because after a good cry, i'd get a good sleep. By the time i wake up, i'd feel much better. it's either that, or i'd just eat. Which is bad. haha. I'd eat and feast on icecream, chips and all the other snacks i can get my hands on.
