all I see here is for nail fungus. my nails are just very very thin and have dips and ridges in them I didnt see any thing about that in this place.

Hi anniljena. When I tried to open the link a blank page appeared. Idid not know that the nails can provide a clue over the general health. Well mine are always short because I always bite my nails. Very good link. I never imagined that the aspect of your nails could tell so much about your health. I think that toe nails also can say similar things, for example in the case of limphedema in one's legs.

yes dear everything speaks its own language. the skin for instance. the colour , the swollen and the tight and glowing skin and the urine and the stool too!!

I have had my nails done (Gel) and the lady I know that does nails said the same thing. she told me it was obvious by the look of my nails that I am not a very healthy person.
