Do you like to sleep at day?

Will you like to sleep more than 6 hours? I always prefer to sleep 6 hours in 24 hours. Sleeping more than 24 hour make me lazy. I enjoy sleeping during night. Many of my friends like to sleep at day! And I love to have dream; of course a sweet dream!

Well, I really don't like to sleep during the day. It would be difficult for me to have a good sleep in the evening if ever I would sleep during daytime. I sleep at an average of 5-6 hours in 24 hours. If ever I will take a nap during day time, I cannot sleep fully in the evening. I keep waking up and end up getting very tired and sleepy on daytime. This will make me unproductive. So to keep up with the pace and make sure that I have a good night sleep, I do not sleep during the day.

Yea, sometime it becomes difficult to sleep at night if someone sleeps at day. It also happens to me. I feel back pain if I sleep too much.

Yes am really enjoyed sleep at day (siesta). But unfortunately i just can siesta in the weekend. Weekday i will take my lunch time for siesta 1 hour even this is not enough for me cos normal i need 3 hour for siesta. is really good.

3 hours siesta! I sometimes sleep at day but it mainly bears 1.5 hours. Thank you

I like to sleep alot, but I usually don't get more than 7 hours a night. I have trouble sleeping, especially when I am stressed. I go to bed at about 11:00 pm and wake up between 5 and 7 am, depending on what I have to do that day. I never nap during the day, although it might be nice sometimes.

Follow these......... 1) Never use your bed for studying 2) Do not look at the clock when you are in bed for sleeping 3) Don't think anything during rest 4) Do a small meditation about 10 minutes before sleeping 5) Use a medium category soft bed; not too soft, not too hard 6) Be happy in life Try those. Have a GOOD SLEEP...

I normally sleep at around 7-8 hours a day. Normally, I would just woke up after sleeping 7-8hours. Of course I still wish I could sleep somemore and but is it that my body had enough rest that I just woke up? I don't enjoy sleeping the day though. It tends to be noisy and all. Also, it just feels weird to sleep in the day. I can never sleep unless I am super duper tired which is very rare.

hello neelshopno123! Now that I am staying at home, I love to sleep every afternoon. I think most of the people got sleepy every 2 - 3 in the afternoon.

i like to sleep 7,8 hours. but i will go to sleep in late nights because i was interested to see net and tv till 1 o 2 '0 clock and because of this i sleep more in day time. i wakes up at 11 '0 clock in morning and do the household works after 11 .but i manage to sleep atleast 7,8 hours at any time i sleep. if i sleep less than 7,8 hours , i will drowsy and restless and not interested to do any work in morning. so i sleep in morning for atleast 3,4 hours.

I wish that I can endure longer in a day after a busy day because I always feel so tired at around 6pm and I usually go to dreamworld at that time and wakes up at 7 or 8 pm feeling dazed. So yes I do sleep late in the day.

I always try to sleep at least 6 hours, though sometimes I do not sleep that much. I am just used to sleep late, and I gotta wake up early, so sometimes I just can't commit to myself to have enough hours of sleeping. But fortunately I can always sleep very well, though I do not sleep for long hours, I always feel energetic even though I sleep less than 6 hours. Recently, I sleep better in day time, especially in the morning. I do not know why. Sometimes I can't really fall asleep easily at night, and I wake up several times in the midnight, but I sleep pretty well in day time. Perhaps it's because I am pregnant now, every time I sleep about 2 hours, then I'll wake up for awhile.
