Well, you mean as in transfer your Balance that is in there to your personal Bank account or what? If this is what you are referring too, then I think it is only around 3 days. I have a paypal Debit Card to be able to access my $$, and find it takes about 3 days for the Funds to go thru and pay the place I used my Card at. Hope this helps answer what you were wanting.

I think that the service offered to each country is a little bit different. I mean, the service fee for transferring the money from paypal to our own bank account. Here in China we have to pay for 35 dollars for the transferring, which is too high a fee for us to bear. When I request funds from Paypal I have it directly deposited and it gets to my bank in 2 days or so it just depends on the bank.

Transfering to a bank can take a few days depending on the bank, it is the bank concerned that takes the days time as Paypal is almost instant from their side..it is exciting getting your first lot of earned money...

If I withdraw money from my Paypal account, it will charge me USD35 and that's quite expensive. So finally I had to open a bank account in Hong Kong last month. And therefore I could T/T money to this bank account free of charge. And I waited about 5-7 days to receive it from my bank. I love China

well, paypal says that one can receive payment through their bank account in 5 - 7 days. i have received two payments already from paypal. my experiences are that paypal delivers on its words. i received payment in 5 days here in the philippines. it is prompt and efficient.
