Will you ship to an Unverified user in Canada?

I recently received a payment from a Canadian customer unverified by PayPal and without a shipping address on file. If you were the merchant, will you ship out the order?

i have been selling for 2 years now. i also have been victimized by like that before. Learn from my mistakes, don't send the goods until you confirmed the payment.

Yes I would just with delivery confirmation. You could also have them sign for delivery that way your covered and protected. Just when you ship it make sure you follow paypals guidelines for being able to fight it if they say they never got the merchandise and try to do a charge back on you. Good luck and happy mylotting.
