Do you preafer fruit juice or natural fruits?

I preafer natural fruit because according to my doctor natural fruits have a better fiber and vitamin that good for human body. Fruit juice is good but natural fruit much better.

I choose natural fruit too. *^_^* When I want to lose weight, I will choose to eat some fruit instead of my dinner.

I don't like to eat fruits, but I don't mind taking fruit juices - I still get my vitamins and nutrients from fruits the liquid way!

Hi Lazeebee everyone like to eat fruit from you just a kid your mother every time give us fruit to eat and do not forget that.

Hi, I prefer natrual fruit over fruit juice. As a matter of fact I have at least 2 servings of fruit daily.I have fruit for the health benefits.

Hi bombshell fruit juice is yummy but the different between fruit juice and natural fruit is vitamin.

it depends,for bananas,apples,watermelons,i like natural!but for oranges,i like fruit juice.

Certain fruits I love but don't eat them on a regular basis. I could live on strawberries or watermelon. I do like orange juice and grape juice so would prefer to drink juice instead of eating oranges or grapes. I agree with you about the fiber and vitamin content in natural fruits.
