Do you use Traffic Exchange? If you do what are your criterias? for me it has to have over 5000 members and they have to be fun to surf.

I used several traffic exchange programs, such as blogupp, linkrefferal, easyhits4u etc... I think in general they will bring some visitors to your site and make you feel good... but you have to pay a lot time to surf others' websites too. Recently, I found out that using traffic exchange programs may decrease your rank in search engines, so I quit all of them immediately. After all, search engines will bring the most natural traffics anyway. Hope that helps. Happy mylotting!

I did not know that TE can bring down your Search engines rank. Anyway I need traffic to my sites. It's like blood.

Not at the moment. I used to use a few but when I got no referrals, I stopped. Maybe I'll start again some day and see if it works this time...

For traffic exchange you have to surf a lot and surf many sites. I do referrals from traffic exchange. To get referral forums works better if you are the first one to put a link on or at your site to your signature
