Calm down. Few days ago, i met the same problem with u,and i almostly quit and try to find the new job. Because one accident few says ago made me fell frustrated. After several days' thought,i found it will be the same result after changing a new job, my life is in a bad circle--work-unhappy-quit-finding a new job -work ----.How to change this? What i can do is try my best to finish my task, current job will be my springboard,at the same time ,keep study and keep one eye on the new chance ,a better post/

it is the case with many of us. we are not sure what to do.during this down time, it is advisable to stick to the present job. see for about 6 months and then change.

Find your best friends to talk with them. At least, you could speak it out and you'll feel a little bit more easy. Listening music or play tennis after work. Then calm down and find a new working place.

Based on the current economic turmoil, it is sensible to stay where you are. Just keep calm and think what will happen to you if you quit. But at the same time, look for another one, as other suggested. Besides, equip yourself better by learning more. When the proper time comes, you can quit.
