lip and tounge pericing

OMG lol i dont have my lip, but i have my belly button, tongue, ears twice, christina piercing, and a klit piercing. and i got my tongue AFTER my belly button. BELIEVE ME. NOTHING! your belly hurts SO MUCH worse! your tongue doesnt hurt at all! its a tiny pinch, but yeah it gets swollen and hurts a bit to talk and eat, AFTER. not when its getting done at all. its the easiest piercing. just suck on a lot of ice after words, popcicles are good too. but NO ice cream cuz the dairy might give you a yeast infection on your tongue. EWW lol but yeah just suck on ice and mouth wash after everything you eat. EASIEST piercing you could get! DO IT!

First off, I love piercings and I have my tongue and belly pierced. Getting your tongue pierced does hurt...My tongue was a lil' swollen and I couldn't eat certain things...I actually wanted to take it out..it did hurt that bad...lol!!! But, I love it now and this is actually my second time piercing it...Idk about the lip piercing, which I would like to get as well...Good Luck!!!

i think with your tongue you have to be super careful as obviously when you eat you use your tongue. i have heard of many people getting infections there because something gets stuck in their peircing and gets infected. do your research!

Hi kerri, I've never had my lip pierced so I can't give you any insight into that, but I have had my tongue pierced years ago and the piercing itself was not painful at all, BUT an hour or 2 after my tongue was pierced it started to swell, throb & hurt like crazy, it hurt me so bad I wanted to remove the piercing and I tried to but my tongue was soooo swollen I couldn't get a proper grip on the barbell ball to remove it, so I stuck it out, filled my mouth with crushed ice that night and the next day it was a lot better. If you do decide to get your tongue pierced I recommend placing crushed ice in your mouth right away after the piercing to keep it from swelling too much.I think if I would of placed crushed ice in my mouth right after piercing my tongue would not have hurt as much, I waited 30-hour after my piercing to place ice in my mouth because I got distracted doing other things ..Not a good ideal to wait too long to place crushed ice in your mouth!..lol..Oh yes, you do feel the barbell balls in your mouth, it feels pretty cool actually.... One thing they never tell you about tongue piercings, the balls on the barbell can sometimes chip your teethe a bit if you accidentally smack the metal ball on your teeth too hard.. Good Luck!

hi there,,, well i ahvent got any part of my body pierced till now but i have seen my friends get there eyebrows pierced and they wre crying in pain it hurts like hell even worse then hell i think,,,,well tongue is so sensitive area it will surely hurt there well get some anaesthasia before getting your tongue pierced.
