How to host a blog from blogspot

I have a blogspot blog in http://bookandreview.com. i would like to host it in the other web hosting, but I don't know how to do that. Would it be possible for me to keep blogging from blogspot but using the other hosting? Well, I should be honest to you guys that I am still a noob in this world so I would need lots of guidance for hosting a blog. Thanks in advance
