I am fed up of arranging my time to workout

January 7, 2009 4:19am CST
My routine does not allow me to spare time for a workout of an hour. But I signed up at a local gym so that I would be compelled to go there. But, still I am finding myself postponing the same.

Set a time to go and workout if you have signed up at a gym! don't waste the money! Lol. If this is really what you want, then don't procrastinate. The failure of men is all because we procrastinate in doing the things we want to do.

Yeah, right ^_^ DUn waste the money is the most important thing ^_^ Gym membership are not cheap, and what's more, one is paying to use all the facilities in the gym.. ANd if one pays but dun go, it's gonna be very wasteful.. Some gyms even have jacuzzi/saunas for u, and if u missed those, u are bound to regret it.. haha MAke time for exercises.. Time is determined by us, and one just need to prioritise the things in life ^_^ hehe

lol =D SO, when are u gonna join me in my runs and workouts huh?? hehe ^_^ I will be waiting for a cutie to join me, so that i can be more motivated to break my personal best.. haha =D But no worries though, no matter how fast i'm, i will also make a point to wait for u.. lol =D But then again, u might be the one running faster than me, and i will be 'chasing u' instead.. haha

all that you need is effort. If you have big effort, nothing will block you to do workout. For example, you can always spend time for urgent event right?. Lets say workout is one of the 'urgent' event. And try to love workout like you love to eat. That is how i spare my time for workout for the first time and now, i'm addicted to it.
