So as of monday I'm back on my diet. I did very well over christmas holidays I actually lost a pound and i was letting myself be "bad" and have the pie..the cheesecake..the dips..all the yummy yummy foods. I must have done something right
But tonight Someone (my baby sister) brought over a bag of salt and vinegar chips and left it open on my coffee table. Its sitting there going Saundy Saundy EAT ME. and I'm thinking mmmm chips no no dont eat them mmmm chips maybe just one. Sp far I've resisted and I wish she had taken them home with her!
Do you ever have someone just leave something that is a weakness food for you? How do you not eat the food? Temptation is soooo tempting.

Hey saundyl! That's pretty good if you could lose a pound
over the holidays! Good for you! And if you did eat the chips
it's ok! But, tell your sister not to do that because it
isn't nice to tempt someone who is trying to be on a diet!
I am not good at dieting at all! I have never been! I am
a yo-yo person! I gain weight and lose weight all the time!
If I get upset I might lose weight. Or if I get upset I may
eat and gain weight! I never know! If I try to watch what I
eat it just never works for me! I hope you are able to diet
if you want to! I hope you have more willpower than I do!

Turned out there was 5 chips left in the bag..i ate two and my monster of a little dog stole the other three from me while i was sitting with them in my hand thinking.
I'm not good at dieting at all...temptation is always there! and i'm soooo weak. I'm trying because right now its a competition between my mom 2 of my sisters an aunt and a cousin and myself...and theres 120 dollars to win if you're the one that loses the most percent of weight.
Last go around i didnt do so well the only wieght i lost was when all i could eat was soft foods when i had two teeth extracted.
we're going to easter! and we call ourselves the TLC beefie crew (tlc is the 3 dif last names)
