what do you think is the decisive fator to make you buy the goods?

Reliability and usability is the only 2 things come to my attention. when I see a goods that I like I wont buy it at once but think it whether it reliable and usable; but I am confused that lots of girls and ladies always on a shopping spree and always buy lot of things which un-reliable& un-usable...seems like they live for this kind of thing...usually those things they bought only use one time or even not use at all...

First of all, I buy things which I need. There are often options to choose. I will spend something to compare, and finally to settle on the one which I believe the best on price to value basis. After taking into consideration all the cryteria, say, material, style, quality, durability, usability, etc., I wish to achieve the maximum balance with a little bit tilting on the durability.
