Do you think people should be executed for certain crimes?

Only if they confess and don't regret their actions. Justice made some errors even when there was apparent evidence, I would not risk the culprit to be innocent.

Might want to be careful with the confession thing. There have been several people who will confess to a crime they didnt commit just for the media exposure or public attention. Think about the Jon Benet Ramsay guy recently they arrested in Thailand and flew back to the U.S. The guy confessed to killing her and was treated to weeks of global exposure. In the end he didnt do it. Very strange behaviour. As for the regret. How can you tell? Liars abound in the criminal/legal system for and against.

If they did something really horrid and there is no chance that they did not do it. Why should we keep them in prison?

Yes i do. People who have killed others and admit it should be the first to go, also people like charles manson, now i know HE didn't actually kill anyone but we all know he is certifiable and cannot be rehabilitated, we should not be paying our tax dollars keeping these criminlas alive, this will also help solve the prison overcrowding problem. And i do realize that no one would really want to kill a criminal so they should make a machine that does it. Heres what i dont get that woman who made up the lie about finding a finger in her chili at wendys got 9 years in prison for telling that, 9 years, my neices step father continually raped her for 6 years and he got probation, now you tell me is that justice??? 9 years for lying about chili but hey rape your step daughter and we will just slap you on the wrist. GEEZ!!!

Actually I didnt know Manson hadnt killed anyone. Interesting. Well the chili lady deserves 9 years, and the step father deserves prison in general population. I hear they would like his type in the prison community.

yes i think that some crimes deserve execution. such as murder and rape. but i also think they deserve to sit in jail for a few years until they have reached their time to die in the execution.
