It´s a mixture of German and Hebrew, spoken by askhenazi jews. Sefaradi jews spoke ladino, a mixture of Old Spanish and a little Hebrew. Not idea about Hello in Yiddish.

Isn't it same as Hebrew used by Israelis or Jews in other parts of the world? Or may be it is type of language Jews used to speak in Germany? I am not sure.
