2009 brought me my first online money!! no i didnt get payed by any of the PTC or gpts i did reall work and got paid for it. now i have money in my paypal account and want to get it transfered to my debit card..i have never used paypal before so i have a few questions hope you guys will help me out!! 1-i am have an unverfied personal account. Do they charge any thing monthly or yearly if i get verfied. They charge a one time refundable fees of 2$ that i know anything esle?? 2- what is the procedure of charge backs?? on what basis charge backs are accepted or rejected?? 3- do they charge any thing for transferring funds to debit or credit card?? 4- If am non us citizen and my bank account is not in USD so will my funds will automatically converted to my currency while transfering?? I will really appreciate any replies!!

No there is no yearly or monthly fees as i know, i dont know what charge back are you talking about can you explain that in detail. yes they will charge you some fees for transfering your money to your debit/credit card. yes your fund will automaticcally get converted into your country currency.

thanks for your response!! that means i need not manually convert my money to my currency during the transfer they will do it automatically for me?? or do i need to first convet them through their site than transfer it?? i donot know much about charge backs !! i heard about it something in a few other peoples that their clients claimed charge backs despite which ripped them off..!! well i may be wrong i am ignorant about it!!

no the site will automatically convert it to your country currency, charge backs are for people who have business account and people who do large amount of transaction around 1000's of dollars per month.

I think they will charge a fee when you try to move the money to your debit card, I am not sure how much they charge, why not just spend your money online ,or do some reinvestment on making money online?

can you suggest me somehing about the investment?? i cant risk my hard earned money against any scams!!
