about parents's love

My mom's like my best friend. We joke around, hang out, even went to bars together. She listens to me and stuff. She acts like my mom then she's also my friend. She's really really cool. My dad on the other hand shows his affection by buying me things I like or driving me to parties or malls.

hey there.. you're not alone. my parents breathe down my neck & want to know every of my movement and my whereabouts most of the time. I know that's because they love me and that's the way they show they love me. Well, give them time. As time goes by, they will get used to your routine. And, well you have to gain their trust. Don't do things that will jeopardize their trust in you. But like you, at times i just get so frustrated i tell them off. It's funny. I'd go like.. "haiyo.. stop asking can.." or "haiya.. i know la..." or at times i'd just brush them aside jokingly.. and they get the hint. I mean my mum did tell me once that she is also learning to be a mum. I mean it's the first time in her life she is "responsibly" for a (whichever age i am at that year). So they are also learning to be parents. Go easy.

I guess i get pissed off at my parents sometimes for paying too much attention to me, but you know, they always have shows or books where they try to tell the watcher/reader that parents that don't care are much worse than those who do, so I suppose I am grateful for my parents' love.

I love my parents, they play role model for me in their love, hardwork and responsibilites!
