whats up with al zahar !!

i really get pissed of when rafa substitutes al zahar in cus i really dont get this players mind he always runs here and there and dont make even one successful important pass ?? and when it comes to crossing the ball in from the line it either lands in goal keepers hands or goes too far ?? i realy dont like al zahar does any one agree with me ?? or does any have another point ??
