will australia defends its position in test cricket???

well, i don't think so. they will not hold to that position for long time. india and south africa are breathing down there neck. they will lose that position to any one of them soon. they domination on the world cricket is over. there blowing attack is looking very weak. they are also having problems in the opening of the innings.

I think that australia will not able to maintain their 1st rank im test cricket. South africa is the main competetor of 1st rank, they are playing good cricket and are in a nice form.

India will definitely become the No.1 cricket team in the world. When we look at the strength of our bench, we can understand how strong our team is. We see cricketers like rohit sharma, robin uthappa, Irfan Pathan, Chateswar Pujara and M Vijay etc waiting for a berth in the team. Dhoni as a captain and greatest opening partners in the form of Sehwag and Gambhir, dravid and all time great Tendulkar to follow, Laxman, Yuvraj and Dhoni to consolidate and world class bowlers Zaheer and Ishant sharma along with Harbhajan. India is a stron contender for the No.1 position. However I would like to congratulate Australian team for their fighting spirit. South Africa has scored 400+ runs in second innings in the 2nd test and still they declared for a 376 target and played for a win. So Australia will not give away their position so easily. However they cant stop India.
