How many showers do you take a week?

Did you know that water drys our your skin? That means, it is not necessary to wash your body everyday. I probably take 3-4 showers a week so as to not dry my skin out and it cuts down the price of water on your utility bill too. If anything, I give myself a little 'bird bath' where it does not take a lot of water.

I usually take 1 shower and a bath per day. I think I cannot go through a day without showering or taking a bath. I will feel really dirty and really smelly, :D

it would be a total of 14 showers in a week. i take at least two showers a day, i like to be clean. i take one in the morning and then another one before going to bed. i don't think that i could take less the two showers a day, i think i would feel like I'm dirty and i wouldn't want any to touch me if i did.

My mom thinks you're just nasty. Don't you get sweaty? You probably carry an odor with you. Thats just a stupid thing to say in my opinion. What about your personal hygiene? I really don' think its up to par. That's like saying you went to the bathroom and didn't wash your hands. You are around germs all day. Germs all covering your body you need a real bathe to clean them off of you. Bird bathes really don't do the trick but if you say so.

unless there's something wrong with my water, like the powers off or something I take a shower everyday. I just fell like you would fell dirty. I have been around people that don't shower like they should and use deodorant and trust me when I say this but they stink. I don't want people to fill that way about me so I don't care how much skin would dry out, I'm going to shower everyday.but so far my skins not dry and I've been showering everyday for a long long time.

It isn't the water that is drying out your skin but all the chemicals in the water. You should also use a natural soap as well. You can get a home water purifying system to cut back on the chemicals that make it through your water supply. Just a suggestion.

Hi! I shower everyday. It has been a practice because I grew up in a tropical country. I dab lotion on my body so as not to dry my skin after every shower. Even here in the States, I may not wash my hair everyday, but I wash my body everyday. It just gives me the feeling of being clean and fresh, and more so, it's a habit that has stayed throughout the years. Happy myLotting!

I usually take one shower every two days. I try not to go more than two days without taking a shower. In a week, I generally take three or four showers. It happens that sometimes I don't have time to take a shower after the second day. Sometimes I get busy and can only take a shower after a three day period. But it doesn't happen often. I make sure that I take at least 15 minutes to take a shower.
