Both me and my husband has different ways of sleeping. I'm a side sleeper and he's not. For him, he tried to do side sleeping, but it won't last long, he has difficulty to breath because it was like a heavy stone stuck within his body, but resulting he never snoring and I love it. I love to sleep side way, it keeps me calm and easier for breathing. How about you?

I am a side sleeper. I would rather sleep on my tummy but that is not good for my back. So, I sleep on either side with pillows surrounding me.

I also sometimes sleep on my tummy bout once or twice without I realized it. Actually for me is just fine, I never had any difficulty of breathing, but my husband always complained it.

I would start sleeping on my right side, and when my arm gets numb, I switch to sleeping on the left side. And when that gets numb as well, I sleep on my back.

It makes no difference to me how I sleep. I just drop off to sweet sleep. Cheers!!
