Does mylot really listen to us?

I mean seriously, do they really listen to us or do they have a auto responder or something? I'm not trying to make mylot look bad or anything, but I hardly ever get a response from them. They will respond only if I ask them to delete a discussion or response. I am asking this because I know many people have a lot of great suggestions for mylot and I have yet to see any of them be put into place.

Not only do they listen but they also act when they feel it's neccessary. I have been here long enough to see upgrades take place and new things appear after suggestions by the users. I have also seen them barge in and respond on discussions too. If you take a look here you can see for yourself: http://www.mylot.com/myLot I have also had responses, sometimes not always, when I have contacted them directly.

Wow! I never knew about that. That is very interesting. I hope they bring new upgrades for the new year. I guess it is a bad thing for them to respond to our discussions so I am glad they haven't. Thank you for the link and happy mylotting!

They did give us the emotocons and those were a long time coming! I have to say that we have asked for things like spell check and that's not come. They have responded at times but generally only if you do something wrong.

That is very good to know. I hope mylot really is listening to us. Firefox has a built in spell check so switch browsers if you really want that. It is worth it with the other features as well. Happy mylotting!

That is unfortunate. Do you think it would be possible to use Firefox just for mylotting? Or you could always type it in Word or something and copy-and-paste it. Just some suggestions. Happy mylotting!
