lost my job....

i lost my job yesterday...because of cuts in hours...recently my dad lost his job also and is now working 2 jobs...thats a very long story but basically we went from a VERY comfortable lifestyle to struggling. i decided to quit my sports i was doing in high school and get a job...i have no savings nothing...im planning on going to college next fall, and i have NO scholarships or money for tuition...idk instead of just ranting...does anyone else have similar stories...and is it this economy???

my brother has lost like 5 jobs by layoff in the last 2 years and been out of work a good 2-3 months now trying to find something.. its getting bad everywhere

I am so sorry to hear that. The global economy is really going to be worse. I don't know when this situation will change. Do you have any plans? Perhaps look for another job or meanwhile study will be a good choice. I love China

I think that some places are doing better than others. I don't know anyone that has lost their job...yet. But than again I live in a very rich area, although I'm not rich myself.
