understandable, its no fun, worthy cause but hurts and the body can only take so much draining of blood. I applaud for having given blood at all, very noble, thank you :-)

it is very good to donate the blood. but i dont have much blood in my. and i need to collect more blood for my body. my doctor has suggested me to take some pills.

I have donated blood in the past. I then became pregnant and donated 14 inches of hair. I really enjoy the feeling you get when that little tiny poke is goign to save someone's life!

great reply! I too donate my hair when I get it cut, usually I'll go from extremely long hair to extremely short hair every 3 years and I always have them give it to kids with cancer to make wigs for them, its almost time ago for me 3yr haircut but this time I will be giving it to my aunt who is in the hospital with brain tumors :(

i donate and i have blood pressure and a dibetec i been told it fine as long i have been on my medicine and have not started anything new

I donated once when I was in college.
but maybe I wont do it any more, because some people make big money on the donated blood here in my country, it's outrageous.
