Do you help your referrals in any of your online activities?

Most online referrals offer you the opportunity to interact with them, so if you could help them out with the best ways for them to reach cashout or the minimum payout amount, do you feel like it is your duty to do that? I feel it is my responsibility to reach out to all referrals that I can reach out to at least in the area of helping them reach the minimum payout as quickly as possible. So if there is a way for someone to be a referral for me, I think that my helping them reach their goals, I'm automatically helping myself, especially if it is something like mylot or something, where you have to be active on. What are your thoughts?

Yes, I do. As much as possible I guide them on how things are done. The ins and the out or the how and why of every site that I have referred them. There are those that have continued til now and there are those that are on an off. There is really nothing I can do with that. But as much as possible, I encourage them.

You sound like a wonderful upline and that any referral is blessed to have you as a mentor and leader. Great job, and keep up the great earnings. You can only enjoy the fruits of your mentorship in addition to your labor as well as those in your downline's labor efforts!

Hi hdjohnson, Helping referrals is a great idea because it helps to learn the referrer also. But we need active referrals for that. If active referrals are there, we will automatically help them to earn more irrespective of the fact, it helps us getting a share of their earning. Do you have active referrals in mylot? Unfortunately I don't have active referrals in mylot. Two people joined under me but they are busy and not interested to work in mylot. I think they joined because they couldn't deny my request. Now I am also not bothered to add referral, there is no point to add many non-active referrals. All the best to you.

That is a real bummer I know to have some inactive referrals. We all have them. I have them in several of the online activities I'm involved with. I don't get upset with them, I am thankful for any extra contribution they participated in increase my income. I especially enjoy it when, I can rely solely the earnings of active referrals. That to me is PRICELESS. Active or inactive, I try to treat everyone with the same respect as anyone else. That's the only way they will know I am here for them. It's always best in my opinion to share any tidbits that can help someone increase their earnings, and thus you automatically increase your own. The old saying: It's better to give than receive holds true to that fact as well.

I do not care about referrals and things like that. If I see something good then i might try to get someone to join but really, it is up to them. I cannot help anyone but myself. Let the others help themselves. Cheers!!

Wow, that is definitely an odd and diverse response you have there.
