Is this another case of the church imposing its belief on the vulnerable?

I will reserve my take on this except to say that I do not agree with the way the church went about business here.
I would like to get your views on this development.
Do you think the church has once again overstepped its bounds?
or
Is the church acting within its rights?

The problem here is not with the church. They stated the limitations they would impose going in so there is no abuse here on the part of the church. The fualt lies with the government for choosing a contractor who imposed the limitations on their services.

Hmmhmmm. I thought of that too but cant get past the fact that the church is one of the biggest organization that offers this sort of service. I do believe the spokesperson made reference to this as well...
Yep here it is... The problem of trafficking in this country is huge and serious and the Catholic Church has the best network of services bar none," she said. "Going to the Catholic Church for social services is very logical."
After reading this I went back to wondering if the church should really be imposing its beliefs in this manner.
I am still open to other takes on the matter.
