I Prefer to have Carrot as a Juice or Shake. How About You?

Perhaps you already know that carrots are rich in beta carrotine which our body needs to produce vitamin A. When the body gets the amount needed for vitamin A, excess beta carrotine will be absorbed by the body as phytonutrients (antioxidant). I also eat carrots as ingredient in many recipes. But i prefer to have carrot juice and carrot shakes. There is a sense of satisfaction. Sometimes i just found myself craving for it. How about you?

Hi LionHeart, carrot juice with fresh milk is one of my favorite fruit juices, so I suppose I have my intake of beta carotine the liquid way. I don't really fancy crunching raw carrots, so I usually boil it before I eat.
