Okay, everyone knows I asked for friends for my BIL...

I have a problem, he can't navigate that well here yet. He's learning. He has found that he can typ peoples name in a place and find them to ask them to be his friend the thing is he does know who wants to be his friend. He has asked me if everyone could go to my page and list of my friends find him on the 7th page and request him. Now since I myself have never done anything like this I don't know if it can be done???? He asked me to put in his email and have those that want to be his friend to email him. Should I do this.
