Questions in submitting articles to Ciao

Hi everyone! Can anyone help me? I am a Ciao member and I have articles that I would like to submit in Ciao. Can I also post my article in my website? Does Ciao allow that?

no problem you can post it but dont post it as a link many times there is link allowed in ciao all the best happy mylotting
