Hello my friend sanjana_aslam Ji, There are many things not good, but still to be made good for the sake of health, I am too like you, I do not like raw toamtoes in form of Salad etc. , butI enjoy limitless in form of different dishes. But taht may not work out, then I have to take them raw. I do not like garlic, but when I suffered with gas problem, I was advised to consume garlic, and I took it early morning for 3 yrs and now, I do not have any type of gases. So we have to take it sporty way. nature says many things, anything done in antural ways always bring us fruitful results, so let's think and try and take raw tomatoes as well at leasta t irregular intervals. may god bless youa nd have a great time.

Hi friend, thanks for sharing the tip. I do like to eat raw tomato, especially after I have heard it's really good for our health. But, I also heard that when tomato is cooked, there is some nutritions where we hardly find it somewhere else. (I forgot what nutrition it is) I missed your first natural medicine tip, I'll go and look for it.

Hello my friend kaka135 Ji, So nice of you for your immediate positive response. Any thing which is cooked , its natural character is lost, so I am talking about raw vegetables/fruits. We should try and consume them just after wash, even without using knife, as let them be cut/chewed by your teath and let juice freely flow to your belly through your throat. That i swhat is called raw consumption. may god bless you and have a great time.

thank you for sharing with us this beautiful article. This juicy fruit has always been a delight to me and it is always in my list of recipes in my cooking. Even if it is not called for in any one food that I cook I will always add tomatoes for the great benefit of this wonder fruit. I have in fact planted tomatoes in my backyard, the small type and any time I am not in short supply.

Hello my friend zandi458 Ji, So nice of you for immediate positive response and i find that you are too like me for making use of your back yard and have a natural hobby for keeping your kitchen garden readily available 24 hours. I too used to do all these things till I lived at one place. Truely speaking, I used to get lot of peace, after I used to sit in my kitchen garden and look at my plants, when they used to bear the fruits, I used to be happy, as if my children are playing. I am only talikng about consuming raw after wash. may god bless you and have a great time.

Hello my friend riyasam Ji, So nice of you for immediate positive response and I am very much impressed taht you like Purees as well. We too cook purees and enjoy. I am only taking about Raw vegetables to beconsumed. What you said about market Sauces, I fully agree with you, In place of market sauces, one can simply cut tomato after washing, and grinding them in mixi, after adding little salt/peeper/green chilli/jinger/sugar/dhaniya-leaf fresh and replace with sauce. It is home made with in just five minutes. may god bless You and have a great time.
