to all expert in blogging

Hi..good day to all..I just want to ask to all mylotters who are expert in blogging who also have an account to wordpress and blogspot..I just want to know how to edit the theme layout, what I mean is I want to put my picture in header but i dont know how to..Is there any here can help and teach me..please help..give me an instruction and I will follow it..thanks in advance...oh wait, Is there a fee if I customize it?

which one are you used now? blogspot engine or wordpress engine? in wordpress, there is some themes you can change the header pictures but there's also some of those can't (actually it can, but you must put some php code inside the header.php file).
anyway, if the template provide the ability, it is really easy, just go to your admin page, usually yourblog.com/wp-admin and then you pick themesedit image header (this is for 2.6 wordpress engine) but in 2.7 wordpress engine you can find the link in appearencethemesedit image header
for blogger, just go to the "edit html" page, and then put teh link to the image with html code.
and once you found the page, just follow the instructions :D
