I usually have colds in the morning... It's in my system... I belong to a family with a history of asthma... I don't have asthma but I have allergic rhinitis. How about you? What do you do when you have colds in the morning?

I have airborne allergies like you wouldn't believe. At their worst, its like the flu. I go around with a drippy nose most of the time. I am allergic to everything that pollinates and I think to my cats. But I just take my Zyrtec and hope for the best each day. The good thing is that I don't get sick often which makes sense, allergies are just an over active immune system that is bored and looking for something to do, so it makes sense that someone with severe allergies wouldn't get sick all that much (or maybe I just don't notice colds--cause congestion is just par for the course).

Same here! I belong to a family with a history of asthma. I do have cold in the morning especially if it's cold, too cold that the whole day I have colds. It started with a non stop sneezing then the colds is coming. I didn't do anything I just hydrate myself with water and hoping along the day it will be gone. I don't depend myself to medication unless it starts to have a headache that really affects my activity on daily living.
