Since I am living in a very cold place, now I realized why people living here even my husband drinks coffee as many as they want to keep them warm. But for me, one cup of coffee in a day, a cup of milk or sometimes the chocolate milk just to warm me up for awhile. At least 3 cups of either coffee or tea with a mixture of milk on it. How about you mylotters?

Were same, i thought your from the Philippines. Even here in NL, I told my husband to buy Nescafe coz that's what we have back home. I don't really like the instant coffee that they have in the machine, they tastes different. Glad they have Nescafe worldwide.

Are you a filipino? That's why definitely you loved Nescafe. The taste is just fine. I don't know how much Nescafe cost here but we got it anywhere.

Congratulations! I'm happy to hear for a new baby soon. If you want the baby to be healthy when he/she come out, you have to stop drinking coffee. Caffeine is not good for the growth and development of your baby in your womb. Make your self busy or hot milk instead. Just for the pregnancy, I know you will be a good mother in the future. Hope to hear from you soon. Take care. Thanks for the time.

I drink about 4 cups of coffee a day. Maybe 2 at breakfast and one with lunch and one with supper. I should be a tea drinker coming from a British background but I can't stand tea either hot tea or ice tea. My husband has about 6 cups of tea a day and once in a while if we have been out in the cold he will have a cup of coffee when we get home. When I am in the USA I make a pot of coffee when I get up and thats it. I like my coffee and usually buy decaf.

Hi janyen You made me think about a thing I never had thought about: how many cups of tea and coffee I drink all day long... I found out it were so many, girl!!! I drink coffee more than 8 times during my working day, and sometimes I drink one more after dinner. Between meals I used to drink tea, several kind of teas, I love tea, love to change flavors, try new ones.. Before going to sleep, I drink a big cup of relaxing tea, sometimes. So, I can say I am an addicted to tea and coffee. But it was just now that I found out that... because you asked... Thank you so much.

Your very much welcome. I never thought it made you think and smiled when I ask this question. I'm thankful for your honesty. Some of our work will lead us in drinking coffee to keep us awake but I guess you said it yourself, your Addicted to both. Everyone of us is unique and so are you. Thanks for sharing again. Have a good day ahead.

ehm.. I never drink coffee regularly. I only drink coffee when I have to wake up till morning when I finisih my task.. lol.. For tea, I think when I eat, I often drink coffee. I also always drink milk in the morning before having breakfast..lol.. I heard that coffee is not healthy for our health. Is that true?

Obviously, Yes because of the caffeine. It's just my personal point of view that it's not good for our health. Have heard stories of those who always drink coffee that they cannot sleep well or let's say coffee makes them awake all time. Some also will lead to nervousness...Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

About every other day, I have either a decaf or a cup of white tea. The decaf is because I enjoy the taste of coffee, but not the caffeine. The white tea is for health.

I love to drink tea but only when I am cold. My parents live in Maine so when I visit them during the holidays I drink a lot of tea. I am in Virginia where it does get chilly in the winter so I drink tea quite a bit here too during the colder months but during the summer I usually do not drink tea, maybe occassionally iced tea, but I do not like iced tea as much.

I love the Ice tea from Nestea expecially if it's cold. I don't like the taste of ice tea in the bottle. I think I will try english ice tea coz I really need it here to make myself warm. Coffee is not that good for our health. Thanks for the response. happy myLotting!

I drink at least two cups of coffee per day (today, three so far!), and I drink tea when I need a change. I love spiced chai and try to make my bags of that tea last as long as I possibly can. :0)

I will have a cup of coffee for working days in the morning. I drink coffee is not for the caffeine. I think I am sensitive of some ingredients in coffee. I will want to go to toilet after I drink it. That's why I drink a cup of coffee in the morning. The reason is, I want to clean up my body. HaPpY MyLoTtInG!

I love tea, so I drink it often, sometime cold or sometimes warm. Coffee is good for women to drink, at least 2 cups a day, it helps with health from what I read. I'm more into tea, and I usually make sure to drink that more than soda. Milk, I can't drink because it makes me sick. How odd that at this moment, I am about to make me some warm green tea.

I really never tried drinking any kind of tea besides the slimming tea to kinda loosen out some weight. I think I will also try tea often than having coffee coz caffeine is not good for our health as well. I've heard teas are really good for our health. Happy myLotting!

i don't drink coffee. i don't even like the aromatic smell (like what other people describes it) of the coffee. everytime a person offers me a cup of coffee, i just end up joking and telling him or her that i'm still a baby to drink coffee.

I used to drink a lot of coffee, we'd make 3 or 4 pots a day. My hubby still drinks quite a bit, but I try to stick to 2-3 cups a day and then drink either hot white tea, with no sugar or milk, or another equally healthy tea. It gets cold here in the winter, so in the summer I just pour my tea over ice, but generally have something minty if I don't have white tea.
