i need some help

well I'm new to helium and i really don't know who i make money or what to do. i know that i write about things, but i don't know where i post my writing on there. who do they pay people? is like mylot where they pay to post or is it something where i depends on how many people see my writings. i tried reading the information about the site but it didn't tell me what i wanted to know so if there's anyone out there that could help me understand that would be great. thanks in advance.

Helium pays in two ways: upfront and by how many people view your articles. The way that you can be paid up front is to have a writing and rating star. You can also be paid up front if you are selected for a Marketplace article or if you win a contest. There is no guaranteed upfront payment without the star needed.
You also get paid for article views, and this is likely where the majority of your money will come from in the beginning unless you are a brilliant writer and get some luck on your side.
The best thing to do is select a topic, write the article, repeat. Check out the Marketplace and contest sections. Write to them if you can. Even if your article is not selected, it goes into your general article pile and continues to earn money for you. Good luck on Helium!

ya i checked it but he only thing that's change is that I've gotten a star. it still doesn't show how much I've earned for rating or writing anything. do i need to rate a certain amount to get earnings form rating writings? so what do i need to do to make some money or show that I'm making money?

I just wanted to clear up one thing. You do not get payment for rating articles. The only thing you will get in payment for rating is if you have five rating stars at the end of the month. Then you will recieve a three dollar bonus. All other payment comes from your writings.
