Do you plan to go somewhere? Get caught up with bills? Buy something big for the house or yourself? Sock it away in savings? Me? I plan to use it to help get caught up...can I get a whoot, whoot. It only puts a dent in it, but it is a nice dent to dream about. One day it's gonna Botox these stress wrinkles away so I will look 22 forever...I miss that face LOL. So what about you?

Part of it will be used to put money back into my daughter's account I took out for a car repair plus to put extra into the account. The goal is to get her ahead so she can take a break from having to put money into it. A portion will be used to stock up on some groceries.

My husband and I are probably going to focus on putting more money in savings. We might possibly put a little bit of extra money toward our car payments, so that we can pay it off earlier, but most of it will probably be savings money.

Makes sense. I plan to aggressively build a savings account once all my debts are cleared within the next 3 years. I figure what I pay now and live off of I can do the same then, but pay me instead of the vultures. Thanks for the response.

Well the first thing we are going to do it get caught up on bills and pay off our lowes credit card. then i really want to get a new shower tub combo for our one bathroom. It only had a clawfoot tub and the finish on it is so bad it always looks dirty. So i want a brand new tub and an actual shower. then we'll probably just put the rest into savings because we want to go to disney next year.

I bet if you put that clawfoot for sale in the classified someone will buy it and refinish it. A lot of people still look for those...I know I would buy it and refinish if I could afford it... Have fun at Disney next year.

We'll also be using ours to pay the bills.

Well I know that one of the first things that I am going to do is get caught up on all my bills. Then if there is any money left over, me and the hubby are putting it in savings so that we can buy a house. I know that some of our friends have said that we should do something fun with our money but to me, buying a new home to call our own is something that we consider important, especially if we want to have more children which we do eventually.LOL.

I don't blame you a bit for switching up the thinking there...plus you know you'll enjoy picking out your new home and then finding little excuses here and there to buy for it. LOL Good luck to ya and thanks for responding.

Probably just put it in the bank, money seems to be tight in some places so instead of paying off my bills I'm going to put it in savings.
