help with DingoBux!

I have a problem. Two days ago I requested my payment from DingoBux and as most of you know, there is a limit per day to request the cashout, but I requested successfully and a few minutes after that I have in my history that the payment processing has a failure and I should contact them only by email. My earnings when down to 0 and nothing goes to my alertpay account. What should I do? There is no support ticket there and the site's forum is splugebux... I'm so disappointed. I don't know what to do.

There is no support ticket at Dingobux. And yes, you can use the Splurgebux forum for any problems encountered in any sites owned by the GPT Network. Just post in the appropriate section under the Dingobux board. To make sure, contact the admin through this e-mail:

You can look the site whether have phone number or other connentions.Because I don't join this site,I don't know the process of this site.But I believe if this site is not cheater,your earnings is to also use the site's forum to look for the other person's help and wish to you!

You said that there is a forum link. Why don't you go and post your problems there, that might be a help. Did they give any reasons behind why the payment process become a failure? They must have sent you an email regarding that.
