hmmmm my fav torrent sites are mininova and demonoid... DEMONOID[em]: actully i think demonoid have stopped new registrations so i hope people who are new to torrents have to very much restrict them selves to mininova... MININOVA: on the other side had a plus side as it doesn't require any registration sort of thing to access the torrents and of course for movies it is one the best torrent sites u would go through in net... believe me friends once u visit mininova u feel really brezeed to see that it has a simple interface.. u can view the comments of all the torrents available in mininova so that u can know if any user has downloaded before and his experiences with the torrent... the user comments really help u beacause some times u can get notified of any spam torrents that are posted ... u can also sort the torrents related to the comments, seeds, leechers ratio also some of the best uploaders like aXXo,FXG are actively uploading their torrents in mininova...and as u will notice the seeders are also very active in this site...

I haven't much experience with torrents, but here's some things that might help that I've learned from a brief period of using them: The best and perhaps most common torrent client is uTorrent. It's easy to use and I would recommend it if you haven't a client already. =P I use thepiratebay as my torrent site and I haven't had any problems with it. Of course, I think you should always be careful when downloading files from any site, but I know that this one in particular doesn't have any malicious intentions as a site. I doubt you can ever be sure what people put there though, so always check comments and other users' experiences before downloading. =P

Demonoid is definitely one of the best in my opinion, but you will need to be invited in order to join. Personally I use Isohunt and occasionally Pizza Torrent. Pizza Torrent is not bad because it searches across multiple torrent sites at once.

HELLO FRIEND I generally download my movies from mininova or axxo.superfundo.ogr. Both are good sites with little virus threat. We should always accept the risk of virus invasion when we are downloading some free or pirated material. Nothing is free in this world u see.I have even tried pirate bay ,but its a bit risky. Actually the virus threat is not that much with movies as that while downloading a software . A good antivirus program with net security will help.

Mininova http://www.mininova.org This is the 2nd most popular BitTorrent site despite having around an average of only 1/3 as many torrents as other sites. The speed, quality, and simplicity of Mininova are what keep their users happy. Mininova was the largest successor of Suprnova's shutdown. The Pirate Bay http://www.thepiratebay.org The Pirate Bay is the largest BitTorrent tracker in the world. Famous for their blatant disregard for intellectual property rights, they are a beacon of light for a neutral Internet. The web site is easy to use and efficient with limited capabilities. Their index is comprised of only torrents they index on their tracker, but don't worry because there tracker has almost 350,000 torrents. Torrentz http://www.torrentz.com Torrentz is similar to Bittorrent.com in that it doesn't actually store the torrents on their servers but outsources to many of the sites included in this study. This is one of the only search engines that gives you the ability to search for files within the torrents. They only index torrents that have tested active with at least one seed which makes the quality of there index the best. It is not the best option if you are looking for something that is hard to find, torrents that have no seeds pull themselves together all the time. BitTorrent.com http://www.bittorrent.com This search engine is operated by the founder of the BitTorrent protocol, Brah Cohen. The site lacks a directory service and does not store most torrents directly on their servers. This is probably due to being Incorporated in the United States and trying to avoid any legal troubles. The quality of the matches returned were mediocre at best, and only provided very limited "for dummies" information. Their index seams to be based mostly off of a few major indexes included in this study. The site was offline several times during our testing period too so they loose points for uptime. I personally expected better from the "creator".

I think you should start using private trackers. be cause they are more reliable and they have vast database of contents. some of them that i really love:(but its not easy to find an invite for them.) SCC - SCL - What - tti - TL - BitMe If you manage to get into one of them (except What . be cause its a specialized tracker for music) you wont need any other torrent sites.you can find just anything you want that is released on scene.
