tt-mails is scam?

Hello guys. I had joint tt-mail from my friend here, cause the site give $10 for sign up. After i reach min payout & my acc balance $143 this site suspend me. I don't know what happen. & i'm really not do wrong with site term. Do U think this site is 100% scam?

I would say about 75% of the sites out there are either scams or go out of their way to avoid paying you. Some sites are legit but underestimate how much they have to pay people and go under.
