Have you tried using craigslist personals? Have you posted a personal advert? I do that routinely but not because I'm looking for a hook up. When I'm bored and itching to write but have no required writing assignment, I post some ads on CL just to see what kind of responses I get. One thing I learned though, most people on CL are desperate freaks, lol.
