There's someone else called hiddenwing? Yes, I have found a number of people online with exactly the same first and last name as me, but their lives appear to be very different to mine. One for example is heavily involved with gospel!

Nice lyrics! Of course I know this was your nickname hiddenwing! lol. I figured it was either this, or you were in the very unique position of being Chinese and part American Indian!

Nope! Haha, hiddenwing is just my nickname! Actually, I like a Chinese song pretty much! The name of the song is hiddenwing, which I just translate by myself! Every time,I grow stronger in hesitation and loneliness, And every time I fight back tears no matter how much it hurts, I know all along that I have a pair of invisible wings to lift me up in flight, leaving despair behind. I won’t think of those lucky ones who always enjoy the sunshine For I see there is a beauty of changing shade as the sun sets each and every day I know all along that I have a pair of invisible wings to lift me up high in a hopeful flight. At long last I see all my dreams come into flower in pursuit of a youthful song loud and clear. At long last I can ride on the wind and look into the distance with a resolute heart, flying as far as the wind can take With the invisible wings I will dream on and on till the end of the time, leaving a wishful picture on my mind. I think few foreigners have known the song since there is only a Chinese version! haha

Oh my god! I was supposed to use invisiblewing. I guess it sounds better! By the way, the song was sang by Angela Chang, a taiwan singer. She is so popular that all my friends kind of like her! haha

Yes, of course. My name is very common in my country. I've seen many people with the same name in the phone book and it's kind of surprising me. What makes me unique is my social security number, date of birth, phone number and address. That information doesn't match theirs, you know? Cheers! Pablo

This reminds me of my old friends! Well, some of them just wait me to call them, which is pretty annoying! Thus, I just delete these guys' phone number! But others sometimes call me first. So, I guess I will keep in tough with them

I've known of several people with the same name as I. Both my first and last name are fairly common, but the first name is only common in my age bracket. Thus, I would expect to have a lot in common with anyone with the same name as I, should I actually get to know one.

Unlike Americans, our names are pretty random! Whatever the name is, it will be Ok! But you guys have to choose the name of the fixed names! So, I guess it is more common that , you konw, you've known people with your name! I know there are lots of American guys called TOM and lots of American women named Sara! haha The day after tomorrow is COW'S year in my culutre! Anyway, wish you have a great year!

I grew up with a person that was called the same name as me. It was strange to hear me call her my name. It was really a small version of the name. In reality we had different first names. The family and friends just broke the names down and they both come out the same. As I grew older now I hardly ever hear anybody else with the same name as I have.

My name is very, very common, so if I come accross someone with the same name as me I am not surprised. I am actually more surprised that I don't know more people with the same name as me. It is a very simple name three letters long. It was popular at the time that I was born. It does not bother me, I like my name, I don't mind if others have the same one.

I have met anyone with the same name as myself, but there was another Donna Lawson in the same hospital as I was when my son was born.. After a c-section, I had a few complications and they were doing a blood sample twice a day, I don't like needles and I jokingly asked, "Are you sure I am supposed to be stuck twice a day??" They checked and told me there was another Donna Lawson in the hospital and from then on double checked everything concerning the both of us.. But I have never met facr to face anyone with the same name as mine..

Unfortunately there are many people that have the same married name as I do. I have to constantly keep checking my credit report because their bills show up as bad items on my report. Credit companies, in an attempt to collect on a bad debt will throw the debt onto every credit report bearing the same name even if the social security numbers do not match. I can be a royal PIA and is a practice that credit companies use which I feel should be illegal. Even when you get the problem fixed, the damage has still be done to your credit score which in turn will cost you a small fortune in higher interest rates of those big ticket items you need. The credit company will remove the incorrect item but will not adjust your credit rating to reflect that the bad credit was not yours.

In my office, there were two other persons with my name. And we three will be sitting in a row, side by side. A lot of confusion would arise when somebody from the other row calls one of us. We three would respond and the person who called would say "no. not you." The confusion gets more worse when an outsider comes to our office and asks for either of us. Finally, they avoided the confusion by calling me by my initials and the other two by different names.

It is interesting! It happens to me too! When my teacher ask a question and call my name, I don't know who she asks! Thus, if I know the answer, I will stand up! Else, I will give the chance to the other one with my name!

My name is LINDA, pretty common name that I would know someone named the same. In my country this name is really popular so it was normal to be one of 3 Linda in my class. I don't see many common things with those who're called the same as me. I don't think name marks your identity.
