hello everybody here at Mylot.
i got up this morning, opened the back door to let the dog outside, and guess what? we finally got some snow here in the Nashville area! it isn't much but at least it is noticeable when you look out the window. the snow is stuck to the car's and the grass and on everybody's roof tops here. there isn't any snow stuck to the roads but they look wet. i do not know if they are slick this morning or not. i need to go out today to run some errands.
so tell me, have you gotten any snow this winter where that you live yet?

We finally got some snow here in Indiana also. We had had some flurries this year and that was about it. All we got was one inch so far this year that actually stuck to the ground and stayed around for a few hours. It is almost all gone now though. It is very weird for southern Indiana.

I look out and all I see is snow and then more snow. I am so tried of it already, it needs to melt. We have been having adoozy of a winter so far. Sub zero temps, lots of snow. Last weekend we got 12 inches of snow with one storm. Also we have been having snow everyday since then. It got down to 15 degress below zero the other night, I woke up with no heat. The heater went out. Thank God I got it going again and its been fine since then. I bet the boys will like the snow. What does the dog think of it?

we've had a lot of snow.. 4 years ago. we had the worse blizzard in 60 years, and i'm 5'6, the snow was up to my waist or higher in some parts where it drifted. . the entire city was shut down, and some people where stuck at their jobs. . they called it "white juan".

oh yeah we have gotten snow our way .. Enough of it that I'm willing to share it with you. I think I had to shovel the drive way several times within one day on friday.. I hate snow and can't wait for summer.

We have had more than enough snow here. We had a really big snow storm around Christmas time. It was terrible, there was zero visibility on the roads. It has not snowed in a couple of days, but there is still plenty of snow on the ground from the last time, at least the roads are clean. Hopefully the worst of the snow is over. I don't mind it on the grass, but I hate it on the roads, and on my car.

wow. no, we havent gotten snow in the Phoenix, AZ area yet but its felt cold enough and i guess they get some here in az in mountain areas. i miss the snow. im from ohio.

You sound very pleased you got snow finally and I'm thinking we can send you all the snow you need. No fooling we have so much snow that the town has no place left to haul it. It snowed for days and days here non stop. Good news when we looked out this morning, it's NOT snow. I'm happy about that!!!

I lived in Texas for 45 years, and I remember how exciting it was to even get a light coating of snow! lol I have been living in the Northeast for the past 4 years, and have learned all about shoveling snow! We now have a couple of inches on the ground, and a little more due in today. The rest of the week is supposed to be sunny, yeah! I am in the midst of packing to move to Virginia, and I must say, it has been great having snowy winters, but I'm not sure I'll miss it LOL

We had snow all day long in Knoxville, it was nice becasue it didn't stick on the roads here either.. Some of the lawns were getting white but the road conditions were really good.. I love to see it when I know that it isn't going to be laying and piling up on the roads.. We don't get much snow at all but when it does it is usually a good one..

We have had a few snowfalls this year, no real accumulation though and I would love to see a good heavy snow fall and stick around for a few days. Theother night we had an ice storm and I hate to see those roll in. We lose power because the ice pulls down the power lines.

Oh very much! Snows never seemed to melt at all in where I am by now. Its snowing almost every niight and if not, still the snow in the grounds and in the roofs are still there even when its a very warm sunny day. You see, snow here are normally more or less a foot and it stays in that for days now. However when its really storming (as they call it here) it reaches up to 2 feet or more. Very chilling here actually and its negative 15 the other night.

Hi TnWoman,
That must have looked so pretty, we have just having high winds and rain at the moment, some part of the UK hve got snow but its in the north of of England and Scotland have got some snow as well but we have not seen any where I am. Take care when you are going out and wrap up warm. Love and hugs.
