...I couldn't seem to follow anymore. I got so used to the features of the older version that the new one is making me all confused and slow. I still think the older version was more user-friendly although the new version has more added features. You have same predicament? Or yu've been more than delighted that Yahoomail updated?

I'm kinda like you in a way, I don't like change, and I get used to something and don't want to change, but then again I have a 'pioneer' spirit in me that tells me to go ahead and try it, and after I do, and after I get used to the new, usually everything turns out for the better and I begin to like it when I get used to a new program!

In a way, I am also like you that after resisting change, I eventually give in. Lol! Although right now, I am stuck with the classic yahoo. Glad to hear you've gotten the hang of things in the updated version.

I still use the Yahoo mail classic. It adequately serves my purpose. The newer version looks sleek and beautiful, but it takes too much time to load on my computer. I thank Yahoo! for retaining the classic as an option.

I agree with you. And I'm just as thankful for the democracy of Yahoo by allowing us to choose whether to proceed with the new version or not. Ciao!

The new yahoomail is good. You can view all the mails in the top frame and on selecting one mail, the content in the lower frame. However, I think it makes our system bit slow. And the frames reset to default everytime we navigate to next message. (Really irritating) I never visit yahoo to check mails. Instead I've configured my Outlook Express (it comes with Windows itself) to download all the mails from Yahoo, so that I can read them offline too.

That's a very efficient strategy. It will take time for me to study the new version. My being old-fashion's making me less receptive to changes. Haha. Happy mylotting
