What criteria to become a good blog?

I am new in blogging and join sign up an account in Blogger. I also sign up for Google Adsense and try to made some money by blogging. I would like to know what criteria can make a good blog? What can attract you to visit the blog? Please share your comments. HaPpY MyLoTtInG!

u must have a blend of everything.Have the latest happenings,something related to studies and some good videos that makes people laugh and think for a while.
